I doubt that prices at your condo will drop, they will most likely stay flat for some time. But looking at the market trend and demand, now is a good time to sell as prices are good. But i am more concerned with another factor, do you have alternative accomodation if you do intend to sell? If you have, you can cash out and take your time to source for another property or use that surplus money to invest into other instruments.
If you do not have alternative accomodation, take note that after you sell high, you will also have to buy high. And I will recommend you not to sell if you do not have alternative accomodation unless your motivation is to move into a different area or you like a certain project elsewhere.
